The books on social media are being written as we speak and will be outdated by the time they get released! In all seriousness, being active and observing is the best thing you can do. Read blogs by Richard (feverbee.com) and Chris Brogan (ChrisBrogan.com).

It's so wide open, and ever changing. As long as you're riding the wave, and not watching it from the shore, you'll do great. And you most certainly aren't a spectator!

Hi Matt, Good point. I'm pretty new to the whole online dynamic and would like to know more about group dynamics online as opposed to offline. I'm guessing they're pretty much the same, but with a few more twists due to the anonymous (fairly) nature of the interactions. What books are there about social media you'd recommend?
